In February 2021 it was founded, who is President by Dr Manish Meshram. The Academy is non-sectarian and unaligned with any Buddhist orthodoxy or school. While making use of modern critical scholarship, our intentions are pragmatic rather than academic. We offer a various teaching of Buddhist meditation online-education that inspires students to integrate Dharma values into all aspects of their daily lives. In Buddhism, bodhicitta, enlightenment-mind”, is the mind that strives toward
awakening, empathy, and compassion for the benefit of all sentient beings. The Academy is inspired and committed to online/offline-learning, practices, experience, and scientific approaches the various methods of Buddhist meditation techniques to individual and society. Bodhichitta Academy offers an ethical, scientifically, and middle path framework for practicing Mindfulness, Buddhist-Yoga, Vipassana, Zen meditation, Tibetan meditation and the Dhamma in the context of our secular age and culture.
Our courses draw on the early teachings of the Buddha before they became codified into the doctrines of the different Buddhist traditions. Bodhicitta Meditation does not discriminate based on gender, age, culture, religion, career, or race. Our practices are not limited by location or language. Our methods are simple and easy to learn, provide significant results, thereby making them suitable for the busy people of today.
Bodhicitta Meditation techniques are a way to swiftly strengthen the body’s energy and regain health. Bodhicitta practices alleviate suffering and pain brought about by environmental pollution, inadequate diet, stress, and fatigue. Buddhist meditation methods are known to be especially adopted in complementing medical treatment for rehabilitation and sustaining the overall quality of physical and mental health.
